Some good friends of ours just got back from Kauai and got to visit the Na Aina Kai Sculpture/Botanical Gardens. They shot some good shots of the Lunchtime Chaos piece that is installed there.
Really like the different angles and detail shots they got.
Thanks Jim and Betsy!

Things are great. Still recovering from working with the cement.
Just got my studio back last week. Feels good to have room to work again.
It got pretty messy from pouring the cement etc.
Hope you Rebekah are awesome!
Later man!

What a fun scene! haha i think my fav is the ostrich who going to snag the other sandwich :b Do you ever get to go visit the actual places your art ends up being on display? Have you ever taken a picture standing next to one of your sculpturess in its final spot?

Thanks so much! The ostrich was definitely my favorite to sculpt of all these guys. It's my favorite character too, and then the toad.
I do indeed get to visit my pieces. We've been to this location twice now. We are shooting for Christmas to see this one for the first time. We were there about a month before it arrived. The Mr. Cheesencrackers piece arrived while we were there so that was really special. Sometimes I'll deliver ('hand' deliver...pun intended) the pieces myself. It's an excuse for my wife and I to take a road trip. Most the time I have them sent by freight to the new owner and then stop by to see how they installed them. It's always fun to see where these things go.

Brilliant posing for this one, it captures all of the characters in their element so well.

Thanks Rich...I'm really happy with this angle as well. Plus it doesn't have Mark Newman's photoshopped pug in there peeing on it. Did you see that post he did on FB?

Give him time, he may well still photo shop one in. ;p

I did see his living dead pug though.
